Shipping Cost Italy

Shipping is free of charge for all orders over 130€, otherwise shipping costs are 7,90€.

EU and Extra-EU shipments

Foreign shipments have different handling and shipping times, depending on the products ordered and the delivery location.

Therefore - both in Italy and in Europe - we reserve the right to vary the times and to check the real shipping costs in order to inform the customer of any additions or the possibility to cancel and refund the order.

Shipping

Within the next 24 working hours (Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays) your order will be taken care of and processed. Then your parcel will be prepared and handed over to the express courier who, depending on the destination, will deliver to Italy within 24-48 hours. Please refer to the ‘Shipments’ page for complete information on the timing for the various destinations in Italy and Europe.

As for any other order, however, it is the products placed that will decide the timing; some are made to order and therefore require longer handling times.

At the time of dispatch you will be sent an e-mail with the change of order status and tracking code so that you can follow the path of your parcel.

Due to the sensitive nature of our specialities, we only use express couriers for shipping. We currently use GLS, BRT and TNT for domestic deliveries and DHL and UPS for international deliveries.

Your addresses

Indicate the address you are sure to have at all times.

If it is a place of business, also indicate closing days (please note local holidays, especially abroad) and times.

If it is a delivery address outside the European Union, it is not possible to place an order yourself but contact will be necessary. In that case, we ask you to give us the precise delivery location together with a complete list of the products you want to order so that we can provide you with an assessment of feasibility, timing and costs for shipping.

The goods will be delivered to the address specified in the order. Please check all your details (especially house number, number on the intercom, postcode) carefully each time. We ask you to be as precise as possible, e.g. if you live in a hamlet please indicate this and not the municipality, so that we and the courier can offer you the best service. Even the most insignificant inaccuracy risks delaying delivery by the courier. Please also use the notes box when placing your order or send us an additional message if you want to give us more information to identify the delivery address.

Should the delivery address be different from the billing address, you can add a new address either when ordering or by logging into your account. Should you wish to receive an invoice, simply enter your VAT number, company name and unique code and for completeness specify this in the notes. Likewise, addresses are always editable.

If it is a gift order, or in any case you do not want the recipient to know the amount of the order, you must always specify this in the notes. The fact that the delivery address and billing address are different is not sufficient. For foreign addresses, a local landline or mobile phone number must be given.

Packaging

The standard of our packaging is very high and this makes us fall within the strictest safety measures required by express couriers all over the world. Of course, the handling of shipments includes compliance with HACCP procedures relating to food safety.

Delivery methods

Express couriers - BRT, DHL, TNT UPS - deliver from Monday to Friday. They do not have fixed time slots: for this reason, we ask that the address indicated is always manned; we may notify the courier of a time constraint but it is at the discretion of the courier's branch to organise the delivery round. After you have placed your products in the shopping cart you can decide which payment method is most convenient for you:
