As true gourmets, we decided to focus our attention on desserts, a particularly challenging area when it comes to creating truly natural products, free of additives, artificial flavourings or colourings. Our desserts are designed to be enjoyed worry-free, offering all the satisfaction of a rich, wholesome dessert, without compromising on quality or health. Baghi's stands for desserts that are good for the palate and the body, for an authentic and satisfying taste experience.
Panettone is undoubtedly the cake the founders of Baghi's are most fond of. It was precisely the idea of making an authentic handmade Panettone that gave birth to Baghi's, driven by the difficulty of finding a Panettone on the market that reflected their high standards of quality, made with excellent raw materials and leavened exclusively with live mother yeast.
For Baghi's, the choice of raw materials is fundamental in creating an extraordinary Panettone: they use only stone-ground flour from Italian wheat, natural leavening with ONLY live sourdough, butter obtained by centrifugation, and fresh eggs in shell from local farms. Each egg is broken by hand, separating yolk and albumen carefully, just as it was done in the old days. This attention to detail and dedication to quality make Baghi's Panettone a unique product that embodies the true essence of craftsmanship and authentic taste.
Baghi's modern vision of Panettone is reflected in this innovative cake. The dough, the same as the Classic Panettone, is leavened and baked directly in its glass jar, creating a unique experience. This was the first leavened cake that Baghi's created in a jar several years ago, with the aim of offering a new interpretation of the Panettone: a cake to be shared with a special person, perhaps enjoying it directly from the jar.
In addition to its innovative appearance, the Panettone under glass also offers a practical advantage: its container perfectly preserves the aromas and moisture, prolonging the freshness of the product. Weighing 200g, it is the ideal choice for a sweet and intimate moment with a touch of originality and tradition.
