We’re proud to announce our collaboration with Slow Food, an organization that shares our deepest values: respect for the land, a love for good, clean and fair food, and a strong commitment to a more sustainable future.
Together, we want to give voice to small-scale artisanal producers — true guardians of tradition and craftsmanship. These are people who pour passion and knowledge into everything they create, offering products that reflect a deep connection to their land.
We’re opening up a dedicated space to help these producers bring their unique products to light — often hidden gems, rich with stories and flavor, that deserve to be discovered and celebrated.
It’s a heritage we believe in, and we’re committed to supporting its journey into the future.
Our first step in this journey: we’ll be at Slow Fish in Genoa’s Porto Antico, from May 8 to 11.
