On December 11, Cucina Privata welcomes guests in the heart of Florence for a dinner inspired by the authentic flavors of Tuscany. The event will take place from 8:00 pm to 11:00 pm at Via del Drago d’Oro 25R, in an intimate and quiet setting ideal for gathering with friends away from the bustle of traditional restaurants.
The evening begins with warm Tuscan starters, including baked pecorino crostini with acacia honey, freshly baked schiacciata with Lardo di Colonnata, and traditional tortelli alla lastra filled with ricotta and chard.
The first courses include classic Florentine crespelle and handmade bringoli (or pici), served with tomato sauce or a rich wild boar ragù.
Dessert pays homage to traditional Tuscan recipes with chocolate-glazed baldino, lattaiolo with amaretti and candied fruit, and a selection of artisanal biscuits. Two selected glasses of wine will accompany and enhance each course.
