Another classic Babà is the Limoncello Babà. The Limoncello we use is a liqueur made with "sfusato di Amalfi" lemon. No colouring or flavours, just lemon, water, sugar and alcohol. Accompanied by cream ice cream or an Italian meringue, it is the perfect summer dessert to end the perfect lunch or dinner.
