Not just a beverage, but a surprising and versatile ingredient. In this unique masterclass, coffee becomes the thread that ties together every preparation—from fresh pasta dough to savory fillings, from dessert to the final drink.
Workshop: Fresh Coffee-Infused Pasta
A hands-on class where the aroma of coffee meets the tradition of handmade pasta.
Guided preparations include:
• Fresh pasta dough infused with coffee
• Coffee ravioli filled with ricotta cream, aromatic herbs, and lemon zest
• Coffee tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms
Dessert: Reinventing Tiramisu
A timeless classic with a modern twist—naturally centered around coffee.
Preparations include:
• Deconstructed tiramisu in a glass with coffee mousse
• Homemade ladyfingers and mascarpone cream
Creative Coffee Beverages (chilled and innovative)
The experience concludes with a mini tasting of coffee cocktails and foams:
• Cold coffee foam: creamy and chilled
• Dirty coffee: cold milk + hot espresso for a stunning marbled effect
