Once the jar has been opened, keep it in the fridge at max +5 °C and consume within 2 weeks. We recommend keeping it covered with extra virgin olive oil.

At Casa Iuorio we have always grown raw materials from seeds of local varieties. Our farm's vegetable gardens are cultivated in open fields, i.e. with the seedlings directly exposed to the sun and other natural elements. The hilly landscape, mild climate and typical Mediterranean vegetation complete the picture in which our fields are immersed. From the hand processing of seasonal vegetables and greens, done in our farm's own workshop, comes the vegan, 100% vegetable mayonnaise, prepared with only four ingredients. A seasonal vegetable, extra virgin olive oil, lemon and salt. A true excellence, whose list of ingredients includes nothing else. In fact, we add no preservatives, colouring agents or thickeners. We do not put eggs, milk or sugar. Just four natural ingredients for a truly healthy and tasty result
