Every Zinolese breadstick we bake is a concentrate of genuine flavour, made from the highest quality raw materials and with the care that only an artisan bakery can guarantee. For our Semina line, we started with the Ligurian tradition of focaccia, but focusing on organic and health with a pinch of innovation.
