Details

The Barboglio De Gaioncelli winery was established inside the palace of the same name and since 2010, in what was once a sharecropping area, the restaurant has been located. There are 30 hectares under vine, 90,000 bottles produced, 10 types of wine. The Franciacorta regulations mark the guidelines for the production of the wines: manual harvesting in boxes of a maximum of 16 kg, minimum ageing in the bottle, the use of certain grape varieties (chardonnay, pinot noir and pinot blanc) and much more. Within this strict regulation, the winery uses the knowledge of its vineyard area to express its production philosophy: our philosophy is summed up in finesse and elegance, sincere, great-drinking wines that find their highest expression in the reserves.
