Handmade Fresh Pasta Class - Cooking Masterclass

The Cooking Class: Hands in the Dough, Heart on the Table
A practical and immersive experience guided by an expert chef, to uncover the secrets of handmade pasta. Perfect for beginners and food lovers alike, this class takes you on a step-by-step journey through tradition and creativity.

What you’ll learn during the class:

  1. How to choose the ideal flours for different pasta types
  2. Kneading and rolling techniques for perfect texture
  3. Creative pasta shaping: tagliatelle, tortelloni, and colorful varieties
  4. Preparing delicious fillings with seasonal ingredients
  5. Two classic sauces: butter & sage, and a vegetarian ragù (“finto”)
  6. Plating tips for a chef-worthy presentation

Specialties of the Day:
tortelloni with pumpkin with two paired sauces and hand-cut tagliatelle with Porcini mushroom

 

After the Class: Shared Tasting at the Table
Once the cooking is done... it's time for the best part: enjoying the dishes you've made together. You’ll be welcomed into the warm atmosphere of our home restaurant, where every detail is designed to make you feel right at home.

Dinner Menu:

  • Seasonal welcome appetizer (optional – let me know if you'd like to remove this)
  • Handmade long pasta
  •  Stuffed pumpkin tortelloni
  • Two sauces selected by the chef
  • Traditional dessert
  • Tasting of three selected wines:
  1. Asolo Prosecco – Martignago Vignaioli
  2. Vermentino di Sardegna – Audarya
  3. Asolo Cabernet – Martignago Vignaioli

Everything will be served at the table in an intimate and relaxed setting – the perfect way to end the day with great food, new connections, and 

 Cancellations up to 30 days before the course: 60% refund. Cancellations made 29 days or less before the course: no refund. It is possible to reschedule within 90 days. Any food allergies or dietary restrictions must be communicated at the time of booking by email at [email protected] .
