At Sala Duchessa in Milan, a curated selection of cheeses will take center stage, presented and narrated directly by the producer during a guided tasting enriched with original culinary preparations.
The tasting menu will include:
2 refined finger foods featuring the showcased cheeses

Cancellation policy for courses or private events:
Cancellations from the time of booking up to 30 days before the class: 60% refund.
Cancellations made 29 days or fewer before the start date of the class or program: no refund.
Alternatively, you may rebook a class of equal value, to be chosen within 90 days from the cancellation date.
