L'Aura Botticino Doc

L’Aura is the first modern Schiava Gentile to be made at Botticino. In fact, their land was once used, especially in past centuries, to cultivate this generous grape and then make a single-variety wine with its medium-large bunches. The grapes are harvested by hand in late September. They have set out to recover this lost tradition and adapt it to modern vinification methods. The grapes are gently destemmed and the skins are left in contact with the must for just one hour, to enhance the delicate fragrances and reduce tannin.
