Organic Chestnut Honey produced in the National Park of the Casentino Forests in Tuscany
It is represented by a single species, (Castanea Sativa, of the beech family) and is a plant that can reach 30 metres in height, forming large forests in the Alps and Apennines. It is dark amber in colour with reddish hues. The nose has notes of dried chamomile with animal notes. On the palate it has a strong, bitterish taste with a slight astringency.

Honey extraction and potting are carried out without heating the honey. Tuscan, raw, non-microfiltered, with certified production area on the label. Limited production with numbered jars.
