The peculiarity of our Millefiori Honey lies in its proximity to the sea, in the richness of the floral varieties of the environment in which it is collected. There is no typical profile of Millefiori Honeys precisely because each blend is different from the others in terms of floral varieties, proportions and production periods. The Maremma Millefiori Honey has a deep yellow colour with orange reflections. The nose has aromas of hay, notes of vanilla and hints of caramel. The taste is fresh and sweet with a slight caramel finish. Rich in pollen from different sources

The locations chosen for our hives guarantee purity and characterisation of the types on offer. We have kept product handling to a minimum to ensure maximum product integrity. Honey extraction and potting are carried out without heating the honey. Tuscan, raw, non-microfiltered, with certified production area on the label. Limited production with numbered jars.
