Superior category oil obtained exclusively from 'Cultivar Taggiasca' olives cultivated at over 500 metres above sea level (i.e. at the maximum limit of olive cultivation).
Produced solely by mechanical means. In order to maintain all its characteristics, the fruit is harvested in the morning and already in the afternoon it is in the mill to start processing and obtain this unique oil in terms of flavour and aroma. Tenuta Maffone's extra virgin olive oil is bottled only after decanting and without filtering.
Delicate and perfect with fish, pesto, salads, for tasty fried dishes and raw.
