With our chefs leading this gourmet experience, pastry-making becomes a journey of taste and creativity. The class focuses on pastry creams and their incredible versatility, highlighting the classic Pastry Cream, the queen of Italian tradition.
Participants will prepare the traditional recipe, discover the Sicilian Pastry Cream – a light, egg-free version – and explore the savory Pastry Cream, perfect for creative combinations.
The evening will conclude with a guided tasting from sweet to savory, designed as an elegant light dinner paired with two selected wines.

Cancellations and allergies
Cancellations from the time of booking up to 30 days before the course: 60% refund.
Cancellations made 29 days or less before the course date: no refund.
Alternatively, you may reschedule for another course of equal value, to be chosen within 90 days from the date of cancellation.
