Join the first appointment of our Pastry School dedicated to creams: you will learn to prepare four fundamental recipes – pastry cream, crème anglaise, chocolate crémeux, and mascarpone cream – with creative pairings and a reinterpreted tiramisù. You will taste your creations accompanied by biscuits, small pastries, and three carefully selected dessert wines.


Cancellations up to 30 days before the course: 60% refund.
Cancellations made 29 days or less before the course: no refund. It is possible to reschedule for another course of equal value within 90 days from the date of cancellation.

Creams” is the first appointment of our Pastry School course series, designed for those who wish to approach the world of pastry with a technical and professional method, while always keeping the light, practical and enjoyable style that sets us apart.

What the course includes

The course is divided into two key parts:

Theory: the chef will explain the main techniques for preparing creams, the differences between the various types, the correct preservation methods, and their applications in both traditional and contemporary pastry.

Practice: each participant will prepare the recipes from their own kitchen, guided step by step by the chef, who will demonstrate every stage of the process with maximum clarity.
In addition to the basic techniques, you will discover unusual pairings to elevate the creams, and the class will conclude with the creation of a reinterpreted tiramisù without the classic ladyfinger biscuit, to surprise with an innovative and creative dessert.

Course preparations

During the lesson, four essential pastry creams will be prepared:

Pastry cream

Crème anglaise

Chocolate crémeux

Mascarpone cream (dedicated to tiramisù lovers)

A complete experience

Not only will you cook, but you will also taste the creams prepared with your own hands, accompanied by a selection of biscuits and small dry pastries, paired with three carefully chosen dessert wines, along with the tiramisù created during the cooking class.
