The wine is dedicated to Pietro Beconcini’s father, thanks to him BECONCINI was a pioneer in the cultivation of the vine in this area. The old Chianti Riserva vineyards were planted 60 years ago by Pietro Beconcini and allow today to preserve the style and authentic expression of this wine in its most important version.
Chianti Riserva DOCG PIETRO BECONCINI, on the other hand, hews to tradition and matures one year and a half in Slavonian oak, then spends up to 30 months in the bottle before release.
