Description La Tartufata®... in black! Sapor di Tartufo is a concentrated black truffle cream, ideal for enriching your dishes with an unmistakable flavour. Perfect on all hot dishes, it should be added at the end of cooking for a classy final touch. The consistency of the sauce is a very fine cream, ready to enhance the same dishes in the same way as La Tartufata®. How to use: Dilute one teaspoon of Sapor di Tartufo with olive oil, cooking cream or pasta cooking water and use as a dressing. Store in the refrigerator covered with oil after opening and consume within a few days.

Ingredients and Allergens SAPOR DI TARTUFO - Porcini Mushrooms and Truffle cream Ingredients: porcini mushrooms 84% (Boletus edulis and related group), olive oil, summer truffles 3% (Tuber aestivum), carrots, onions, salt, aromatic herbs, spices, flavourings, acidity corrector: lactic acid.
