Every sip tells a story.
The aperitif, as we know it today, has its roots in an ancient tradition: as early as the time of Hippocrates, white wine infused with aromatic herbs was sipped to awaken the palate and prepare it for the pleasures of food.
In the Middle Ages, those same intense and distinctive herbs became the soul of beverages capable of stimulating the appetite and accompanying social gatherings. It is no coincidence that the bitter note—symbol of character and elegance—remained the common thread of creations that still enrich the aperitif ritual today: the bitter, which has become synonymous with conviviality and refinement.
The true turning point came in Turin in 1786, when Antonio Carpano invented Vermouth: an aromatized wine that not only revolutionized the pleasure of drinking, but also consecrated the aperitif as a social ritual, a symbol of encounter, dialogue, and sharing.
Today we celebrate this heritage through our signature food and wine experiences: tastings and aperitifs designed to turn every occasion into a sensory journey.
Our experiences are not just events, but stories to be lived: carefully crafted atmospheres, refined pairings, and the passion of those who believe that the art of conviviality is a heritage to be preserved and renewed.
