A complete and refined journey, designed for true enthusiasts:
Every sip tells a story. The aperitif, as we know it today, has its roots in an ancient tradition: as early as Hippocrates’ time, people sipped white wine infused with aromatic herbs, designed to awaken the palate and prepare it for the pleasure of food.
In the Middle Ages, those same bold, intense herbs became the essence of drinks that stimulated the appetite and accompanied moments of gathering. It is no coincidence that the bitter note—symbol of character and elegance—has remained the thread linking the creations that still enrich the ritual of the aperitif: the bitter, now synonymous with conviviality and refinement.
The true turning point came in Turin in 1786, when Antonio Carpano invented Vermouth: an aromatized wine that not only revolutionized the pleasure of drinking but also elevated the aperitif to a social ritual—a symbol of encounter, dialogue, and sharing.
Today we celebrate this heritage through our signature food and wine experiences: tastings and aperitifs designed to transform every gathering into a sensory journey.
Our experiences are not mere events, but stories to be lived: atmospheres curated in every detail, refined pairings, and the passion of those who believe that the art of conviviality is a heritage to be cherished and renewed.
