Emilia vs Tuscany: the Challenge of Sizzling Traditions

An exclusive event designed for those who love the authenticity of Italian cuisine and want to experience an evening that blends spectacle, conviviality, and true flavors.

In this special night, we’ll bring face to face two regions rich in history and taste, Emilia and Tuscany, with dishes that share the same rural roots but, thanks to small differences in ingredients and preparation, tell very different stories. Every dish will be prepared live and served sizzling hot, just as tradition demands.

The Taste Journey:

  • Emilian Gnocco Fritto VS Tuscan Sgabei – golden and fragrant, born to accompany cured meats and conviviality.
  • Emilian Tigelle VS Focaccette from Aulla (or Panigacci from Podenzano) – little bread pockets ready to be filled with creativity.
  • Borlenghi VS Ciaffagnoni – thin and delicate like crêpes, to be enjoyed warm with irresistible toppings.
  • Casagai VS Frittini from Lunigiana – crunchy delights, best savored straight out of the pan.

Each specialty will be paired with top-quality cured meats and cheeses, becoming the stars of a unique sensory journey:

  • Cancellations from booking up to 30 days before the class: 60% refund.

  • Cancellations made 29 days or less before the start date of the class or program: no refund.

  • Alternatively, you may reschedule into another class of the same ticket value, to be chosen within 90 days from the date of cancellation.
