Spumante “SottoSopra – Vino Turbolento” Groppello vinified in white

Tenute del Garda is located in Valtenesi, on the charming western shore of Lake Garda. Ours is a young winery, born a few years ago from the great desire to enhance our magnificent territory and its precious resources. We produce wines using grapes from our estates. We cultivate them with care and attention, taking care of every phase of the grapes' development down to the smallest detail, in order to create something truly unique and unmistakable. Our vineyards are located in Lonato del Garda at Barcuzzi and Campagnoli. Our wildest child is an evolution of the Groppello, a classic method vinified in white. Sotto Sopra is a tumultuous wine. It sits on the lees for at least 18 to 24 months and gives the client the chance to choose its evolution and level of complexity, according to their taste. The second fermentation on the yeasts reveals itself in the classic cloudy color and in the yeasty, toasted, and citrus aromas. A wine of passion and madness.
