Type "0" flour is purchased pre-packaged and stored in an area with suitable environmental conditions. The oil is also purchased pre-packaged and kept at an appropriate temperature. The wine is purchased and stored in a dedicated tank at a controlled temperature. Table salt is purchased pre-packaged and stored in an environment with the correct temperature and humidity, while the water is supplied by the Pugliese aqueduct.
