On Friday, 27 November, Podere degli Olmi, set in the peaceful countryside of Foiano della Chiana, welcomes its guests for a special evening dedicated to an elegant and surprising tasting journey of cheeses and artisanal breads.
The dinner opens with a special selection of house-baked breads, focaccias and accompaniments, paired with a carefully curated variety of cheeses and unusual, refined pairings, designed to enhance aromas, textures, and contrasts.
The culinary journey continues with two first courses inspired by the traditions of the Tuscan Apennines:

Red Potato Tortelli from Cetica
The finale is dedicated to a great Italian classic, elegantly reinterpreted: Tiramisù, followed by traditional dry biscuits, accompanied by Vin Santo.
Two selected glasses of wine are included during the dinner, chosen to best enhance each course and complete the sensory experience.

Cancellation policy for courses or private events: Cancellations from the time of booking up to 30 days before the class: 60% refund.
Cancellations made 29 days or less before the start date of the class or program: no refund.
