Pietro Beconcini will never be a producer of white wines, but research in viticulture is his passion and mindful of the memories of his father who spoke to him about the old Trebbiano Rosa present in San Miniato, he searched, found and today he grows, ancient clones of these grapes with which he produces VEA (anagram of EVA, white wine with attributes)
